Board nomination

Her Climb’s Board of Directors guides the organization’s long-term vision, governance, and commitment to expanding opportunity for young women from under-resourced backgrounds. Board members offer strategic insight, professional expertise, and steady stewardship of the mission.

We welcome nominations from individuals who know someone well-suited for board service and from candidates who wish to nominate themselves. Ideal nominees bring sound judgment, relevant experience, and a clear alignment with Her Climb’s values. Just as important as expertise is the willingness to contribute consistently and participate in quarterly meetings and committee work.
