Her Climb is building a team of extraordinary people who believe in expanding opportunity for young women from under-resourced communities.

 

While we do not have open positions at this time, we welcome interest from individuals who want to contribute their skills as part-time staff, instructors, program leads, or future full-time team members.

As new roles emerge during the school year or leading into our summer programming, we will review this pool first. We value people who bring clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to our mission.
