Her Climb Code of Conduct

Every participant in Her Climb commits to showing up with courage, kindness, and respect. These values shape the kind of community we build together.

Phone-Free Zone

To protect focus and foster connection, all Her Climb events, workshops, and summer programs are cell phone–free zones. Phones will be checked in upon entry and returned at the end of each day.

Inclusivity Always

We honor every background, identity, and story. Discrimination, bullying, or exclusion of any kind has no place here.

Speak with Respect

We encourage honesty, but always with compassion. Listening matters as much as speaking.

Show Up Fully

We ask every girl to be present, on time, and open-hearted. Participation is how we grow.

Community Over Competition

Her Climb is not a race. We rise together, not against each other. Here, success is collective.

Lift As You Climb

Support your sisters. Celebrate their wins. Offer help when you can, and ask for help when you need it.

Attendance & Stipend Policy

Showing up is an act of commitment—to yourself and to every girl in this room who is counting on your presence. Her Climb scholars receive a stipend in recognition of their time, full participation, and dedication to the program.

Out of fairness to every scholar in the cohort, unexcused tardiness or absences may result in a stipend deduction, as determined by Her Climb's program leadership. All decisions are made consistently and with care.

In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstance, families are encouraged to contact Her Climb as soon as possible.
