Our partner high schools across New York City provide students, support, and collaboration for our program. Each year, they work with us to identify rising sophomores from underserved and under-resourced communities, helping ensure access to mentorship, enrichment, and leadership opportunities.

Accenture, The Berkeley Partnership, She Werks Consulting, and other private firms that wish to remain anonymous collaborate with us to provide mentorship, wellness, and career exposure, helping our girls build confidence, explore new spaces, and develop skills that will empower them to lead and succeed.
