Summer Intensive

Her Climb's Summer Intensive is the entry point into a lifelong journey that begins with rising sophomores from our partner high schools. Students choose a track in Business, Creative Arts, Journalism, or STEM and spend three weeks in hands-on classes, skill-building sessions, and career exposure. The summer provides them with structure, challenge, and a cohort of peers while grounding them in leadership, access, wellness, and sisterhood that shape the rest of their time in the program.

The Summer Intensive is not a standalone experience. It anchors the Foundation Year and sets students up for the Growth Year as rising juniors, the Launch Year as rising seniors, and ongoing support following their high school graduation. As they move through the program, our girls take on deeper leadership work, receive college and career preparation, mentor younger cohorts, and gain access to internships and alumni support.

The Summer Intensive sets the tone. The years that follow build the habits, networks, and confidence that carry them into college and adulthood.

We will welcome our first cohort of 20 students in July 2026.
