What is it?
Her Climb Access Weekend
A two-day immersion that brings Her Climb’s philosophy of leadership, access, wellness, and sisterhood directly to under-resourced public schools across America.
It is designed for schools that have limited enrichment opportunities, no consistent mentorship pipelines, and few structured wellness resources.
The experience delivers the core elements of Her Climb’s model in a powerful, on-campus retreat that expands possibility for high school girls who deserve more support and exposure than their school systems typically allow.
Who it's for?
Access Weekend is built for a selected cohort of high school girls chosen by the participating school. Students receive a condensed version of Her Climb’s four pillar model in an environment that centers their ambition, agency, and well being. The structure also includes a short educator session to help schools sustain key practices after the weekend ends.

Each participating school receives a $5,000 Her Climb Access and Wellness Grant to support ongoing leadership, wellness, and college access initiatives. Schools may use the grant for programming that benefits girls directly, such as wellness resources, leadership clubs, or college visits.
