Our Mentors
Mentorship is central to Her Climb.
We partner with leading organizations and institutions to connect our students with professionals who bring real-world experience, perspective, and guidance across our core tracks. These mentors do more than advise. They help students understand what is possible and how to navigate the paths ahead.
Through these partnerships, mentors are thoughtfully matched to students based on interest areas, ensuring exposure that is intentional, prepared for, and meaningful.

CHIEF provides mentors across our Business and Creative Arts tracks. Through this collaboration, students are paired with experienced leaders who offer insight into professional pathways, leadership development, and navigating competitive industries. Mentors support students through structured guidance, career conversations, and exposure to real-world decision-making.
